Inspiration

I am taking a lot of inspiration from the greats like Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, Hannibal Barca, but also modern geniuses as MrBeast, Alex Hormozi and Elon Musk.

Achievements

After growing up and a long lonely and unhappy time I just realised 1 day that I am not a loser because even if I felt bad at this time – I had some achievements. And so I started to make a list of them. So that I could remind myself that there’s something great about me. And if you suffer with depression or something similar, I recommend you do the same. Here is what I can share:

2003 – 2nd place – 400m Running Competition (all kids of my school in 1st grade)
2003 – 2nd place – Mathematik-Olympiade Saxony (all kids in 1st & 2nd grade)
2004 – 2nd place – 400m Running Competition (all kids of the school in 2nd grade)

2004-2011 Survived years of bullying & the following depression and video game addiction, as well as 4 surgeries (1 almost fatal)

2011-2016 Slowly rebuilt my health with fitness, nutrition & supplements

2016 – Creation of “The Real G Music TV” – Today: 300.000 YT subscribers & 450.050.717 views
2018 – Founding of “LaughFlash” YouTube & Instagram – Today: 8000 followers & 10mio views
2020 – Founding of sexndolls.com – Today: 30.000 visitors a month
2021 – Founding of atlas1.co – Sold techwear fashion worldwide (even to Greenland)
2022 – Founding of autoUP shop & YouTube – Today: 2250 YT subscribers & 500.000 views
2025 – 2nd place – Small local powerlifting competition
